Anandam Paripooram Spiritual Movement, founded in 2007 by Sri Sarvaananda Guru Giri, offers a serene environment surrounded by nature’s beauty, including the chirping of meadow birds and the grandeur of various trees. The movement emphasizes creating a spiritual atmosphere based on love, compassion, forgiveness, humbleness, joy, caring, and sharing, as articulated by Sri Sarvaananda Guru Giri.
The movement is dedicated to Sandhi Dhyan Yog, a powerful meditation technique aimed at helping spiritual seekers achieve liberation. Sandhi Dhyan Yog is said to transform the body, mind, and heart, fostering harmony and compassion. The core teaching is that joy is inherent in one’s nature, emphasizing the blissful aspect of existence.
Anandham Paripooram provides dedicated spiritual hermitages for Sandhi Dhyan Yog practice, as well as an Ashram Centre focused on this practice. The movement’s teachings and practices aim to guide individuals towards a deeper understanding of themselves and their spiritual path, ultimately leading to a more fulfilled and harmonious life.
